Delivery and Packaging Policy

Only recyclable materials are used in packaging, all bubble wrap is of the green variety, there are no optional extra charges for postage and packaging, this is just how it is. Many loving hours go into recreating your pet, and it is of high priority that the framed piece arrives with you safely and most friendly way to our planet :)
Delivery to UK Mainland is included with all orders, worldwide shipping available (standard carrier charges apply)
Please ask for an up to date lead-time or supply your ideal delivery date for all time-sensitive orders. Urgent orders can sometimes be accommodated for so always worth asking via the contact form or Facebook page. For those ordering in advance, it is always appreciated to place your order with an ideal delivery date of around the time you would like to receive it / give the gift to the recipient. This way I can work on urgent orders alongside longer-standing orders. For example, now can be a popular time of year to secure Christmas orders as the slots are limited and in high demand for one particular delivery date. :)
COVID-19 Corona Virus Update:
It is extremely fortunate that most of the work involved in creating tributes of your much loved four-legged family members is done remotely by its nature, either from the Public Studio or Home Studio. Therefore I am lucky enough to be able to keep working through this and pay the bills! So even if you are among the more organised and are thinking about Christmas or special occasions later in the year, then please do not hesitate to order. There is currently a lead time of 6 weeks on all time-sensitive orders, however, if you have a particularly urgent gift, please be in touch and I will always do my best to accommodate!
Every care is taken to help keep the spread of the virus at a minimum. We live in a remote location and have been able to order supplies in and have had any framing and packaging materials in our own little quarantine for some time. Hands are of course thoroughly washed and sanitizer applied at final boxing stage.
The only other thing to be aware of is slightly longer delivery times than you would normally expect from the point of dispatch. We use widely known and trusted couriers such as Royal Mail, DPD etc and have found the tracking numbers to be working well still, despite the odd delay.
In these uncertain times, each and every order means more than ever, I would like to thank everybody who has commissioned a portrait so far and look forward to recreating your animals on to the canvas!
